  1. This workout felt amazing! I had to skip the push ups and stay in child's pose (as a modification as my neck muscles strengthen) but hopefully soon I will be able to do them along with your video!

I was wondering if it's okay to do ''back bow'' and ''swimmers'' when you have a pretty bad lordosis? because i've doing those now for 2 weeks I think and my lower back hurts the day after… I don't know if it's because i'm sore (which would be normal considering my lower back is a mess and I haven't done any lower back exercices for years) or if it's because i'm actually degrading my situation.

  4. I have to say again, that I do this workout every day and it is excellent. I always start with this and go on to two or three other ones. The trainer has a very pleasant voice and before I know it, the workout is complete.
