1200 Calorie Diet | One Week Update

Hi everyone,

Here is a video recap of my first week on a 1200 calorie diet. It includes vlog footage of my meals, exercise and day to day chit chat about my progress.     Hey girl, I know you’re trying to lose weight and change your diet but eating only 1200 cal a day is not healthy. Long term this is not good, go to a dietitian and they will tell you how much you should eat without feeling tired or etc. I’m 5’3 130 pounds and I eat 1750 and I’m losing weight slowly and healthy. I hope you take care of yourself girl xx

    I’m about 60kg (170cm) and I’m on a low calorie diet. And I just wanna say. Never go under 1000 calories a day. Seriously. I’m on under 500(I have bulimia) and I ate 1,000 calories and I’ve gained a kg. So. Just wanna say. Try stay about 1,000 a day. And Greta video

    I’m currently 48kilos atm but i do this 1200 kcals coz i’m living in japan and apparently everyone is 39-42 kilos here. I do 1200 limit but usually i do 1000 kcal
