DIY RECIPES

DIY 1. Stuffed Bell Pepper
– Combine: 1 Egg, 1 bell pepper, 4 small tomato, 1 shallot, 1 pinch garlic powder, 5 baby spinach leaves, 4 mushrooms, and 2 tbsp water. *Optional: Mozzarella cheese

– Bake for 20 minutes.
– Microwave for 1 minute if egg is still runny.

DIY 2. Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding
– Combine: 1/2 cup Trader Joe Almond milk, 3 tsp Trader Joe Chia Seeds.
*Optional: blueberry puree, almonds, and fresh berries.

– Refridgerate overnight

DIY 3. Antioxidant and Vitamin Fruit Bowl
– Combine: Papaya, blueberries, and kiwi.
– Add almonds, chia seeds, and Trader Joe Agave syrup.

DIY 4. Banana Sushi
– Slice Banana, add flax seed and chia seed nut butter, add slice kiwi, almonds, and agave syrup.

DIY 5. Apple Sandwiches
Combine: Slice Fuji apples and Granny Smith apples with favorite nut butter.
