    Could she talk any faster? Had to stop after a few minutes cause literally had no idea what was I supposed to do. I'd need some projector in front of my eyes to be able to follow this…

    Tough and effective workout. It is a little hard to follow though, as it's really difficult to do the moves properly and keep looking at the video.

    Interesting workout, but I definitely didn't get much out of it. I think I would have liked it if I knew what you meant by "spiralling" and could understand the movements you were talking about.
