  3. today is my 6th day into the plan..i am a vegetarian and customized the diet like eating tofu and consuming milk wherever necessary…can only manage whey protein as the supplement..has not eaten sweets or anything . I am sore but i have gained weight and that is really bothering me after one hell of a week. ??? ???

  6. hi is it possible with this workout plan, nutrition,… To get from around 20% body fat to around 12%? It doesnt have to be in 30 days it can be more. (i am 181cm heigh and weigh 80kg). thanks for any replies 😉

  7. 6 week this, 30 day that…transformation this..blah blah. You can't follow any of BB.coms videos. They never finish…they start a program and never finish the videos. Like WTF?! I think someoneo in there office is just posting something on the channel to make it look like they are doing something. This series here will get to DAY 6 and you'll never see it again and you'll ask yourself what happened to the last 24 days. Makes it hard to follow if you were going to follow.
