    Thanks for this video, Tammy! The exercises are great. For the knee bends, one of my hip flexors keeps popping and it hurts a little bit. Is it still safe to do this exercise? Is there a good stretch for that hip joint?

    Hi I need to know how to strengthen my core since my belly hangs. I had 4 cesareans and a gallbladder removal and now I have started to exercise regularly after having them approved by my doctor. Should I increase the number of core exercises in a day (follow two videos instead of one) in order to see faster results? I'm starting to develop a six pack like muscle under my bust but the rest of my belly just hangs.
