    eat a variety of grains, fruits, and vegetables
    Exercise instead of watching TV
    Make use of Sunscreen.
    Reduce stress.

What are those studies showing olive oil is healthy since last time i checked any type of oil is bad for you due to its high omega 6 content which dilutes your omega 3 concentration in the body leading to greater risk of heart disease and the fact that it stiffens the arteries preventing them from dilating properly.

  4. Yuri listen up. Okay you had some good stuff here, except for storing walnut meat out of the shell which is a huge no no, but don't you know how "natural" it is for a human body to have hair???

  5. I realise you are trying to help people, but you need to get your facts straight. Oil is one of the worst things you can have no matter what the type. Anyone who watches this sort of thing should do their research first before taking random peoples advice.

  6. Love the vid.. I eat healthy and just turned 41,, all those foods I have right now.. omega capsules though,, spinach is my love,, I eat nuts and avocados very often. Berries in season or frozen too…
