  1. I've just joined so thank you so much for this. Can you drink too much tea? I literally find I'm drinking so much tea! Herbal tea. Also how many grams of granola should I have in my breakfast bowl with milk? Xx

  2. Please, always remember to add veggies to Fruit smoothies, all that fruit in the smooth you made = alot of Sugar! ALL that PULP you drained out of the smoothie for a Juice drink is full of FIBER and Wonderful NUTRIENTS , don't throw that away~it's the best part of the Smoothie!
    I will try the recipe for the oat bars tho.

  3. The smoothie bowl looks good, but I would soak the oats before making the granola bar, the raw version might be too "harsh" for your gut.
