  1. alternative is that have your first meal at 12 or after that !! 1 pm for example .. and have your last meal at 8 pm or 9 pm

  2. Bhai if we don’t eat after 6:30 pm.. to stomach Khali feel krega full nyt.. which further causes.. sleep disorder or gastric problem.. isliae jab bhookh lage tab khao.. ??
