    I don't know if you will receive this, but here goes. I am 66 years on, just did my first set of your excersize. All three. I was tired. I did take a before picture and I will take an after picture in one month, two months, and then three months. Here is a kicker, my favorite performer you can't guess. See you in one month!!!
