  4. You should just try a push, pull and a leg day
    push day- chest, shoulder and triceps BIG compound on the same day
    Pull day-back and biceps, again BIG compound lifs on the same day. And do legs for Zeus's sake they give you the appatite to eat. Fallow along now
    Monday-push day
    Tuesday-pull day
    Wednesday-push day
    Thursday- LEG day
    Friday-pull day. Do this and you will be making all kinds of gains, the idea of this is that the muscle who work together LIFT together try it and you will be making gains all day every day.
