    what if i don’t want people to know i’m trying to get skinny and i can’t really change what i eat without looking suspicious?? I only drink water and i’m gonna do this workout everyday, will i still see results even though i’m eating normal food? (obviously i’m not gonna eat as much as i normally do so i hope that also helps but idk)

    Before the workout:
    I am extremely out of shape. I am 15 years old and I weigh 210 lbs and I’m about 5’2. First day was very tiring but I feel really energized. Instead going and siting on my phone for the rest of the day, I feel like taking a walk or jog. I feel a little lightheaded but I’m sure that feeling will go away with lots of water. I’m going to do this everyday and update weekly. Thank you so much!
