  1. I wish I could show this video to 16-year-old me! I looked a lot like your before photo, and I was so obsessed with counting calories in high school and would feel like a failure if I had a day that was over 1200-1300 calories intake, and doing endless running and elliptical to try to just burn it off, and no strength training. Following your videos, counting no calories, and just eating real unprocessed food I'm actually starting to get that body I always wanted!

  2. i am 26yrs old girl.5" with 127lb.trying to lose around 15lb wt,mainly wih cardio.but i can lift only 500 gram dumbell.even that makes me struggle to reach to the end.how much energy can i burn with only 500 gram wt? 4. Hey, thank you for these informations. I actually am doing more strength training and Hiit for about 45 min a day and I love it. Not dieting but eating clean is also the best way to stay fit and on the right weight for longer. Just one thing I think you could address in maybe other video you make with tips for weight loss is that for people with a Thyroid problem like Hashimoto or Hypothyroidism is very hard to lose weight. Many people don't lose weight and they don't know that they have a Thyroid problem and end up losing motivation instead of going to a good doctor to check their blood levels of T4, T3 and TSH. I have Hashimoto disease and that makes weight loss almost impossible, but there is treatment. These are serious diseases and can have impacts on your whole health if you don't find out early.. So please address that problem if you can? 😊

  5. Slay. I hope you both stay true to us. 😢 I feel like you're the only fitness channel who's legit out there.

  6. Would you talk about Intermittent fasting and how can someone fast and still can he?she gain muscles and lose wight?
    Thank you

  7. How often do you advice me to do a 1000 burn calories workout if I follow a complete diet? Can I do a 1k workout every day??? 😀 @fitnessblender

  8. Last year I started a really unhealthy workout routine, and I took almost less that 1100 calories a day, it was quite obsessing, I know, I just wanted to lose weight, and so I did, I lost 11 lbs in 3 months. Was it that bad? I didn't feel that tired, tough.

  9. I've had issues staying consistent with exercise, and I think overeating, and when I have done exercise I usually just do only cardio. So I've been exercising 5 days a week now and trying to do a fitness blender HIIT, or other cardio and then do some strength training. It only takes me about 40-50 min with both depending on what I'm doing and I'll feel a few hours later like maybe I should do more but I know that probably isn't as good of an idea as it sounds. In terms of food, I'm just trying to eat a little less, not a lot less, but I just eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Hopefully I'll continue to be consistent (been doing this for ~ a month and a half now, which I think is the most consistent I've been) and will see some results!

  10. Thank you for this video! It really puts a lot of things into perspective. I keep trying to lose weight, see no results, fall off and just feel bad about myself. I did your workouts like 1 year ago and saw results after like 2 weeks believe it or not. I'm starting again and hopefully won't fall off.

  11. Thanks Kelli for setting this straight. Many people just think the way: eat less – train more….and then they do it for one or two months until the first results start to show. Then they give up and after a month they are right back where they started. I think that the point is to change the complete lifestyle if you want to acchieve big changes in your body and you should do it all the time for the rest of your life. You have made it your lifestyle and that's why it is functioning so right.

  12. Is there a video you would recommend for a beginner, my fitness is pretty low and I have never done strength training before.
