Why Christians Should Exercise! God’s Will for You is that you be in Good Health!

One thing that the church is missing today is hard preaching against the sins of laziness, sloth and gluttony. We don’t have a obesity problem … we have a sin problem !!! If we deal with the sins of laziness, gluttony and sloth we will not have the enemy steal kill and destroy our health. God’s will is that you be in good health according to 3 John 1:2. So if God’s will is that our health would prosper as our soul prospers you best believe the devil will try and go against the will of God for you in your life! I am going to try and wake the church up to see that fighting for good health is part of the spiritual warfare we Christians face each day! Time to get off the couches and get healthy saints !!! Consider me your personal trainer pastor who will help you get strong in both body and mind to glorify God! Not enough people out there helping saints fight the fight for good health, vitality and energy. Christian Personal Trainers should help their churches get and maintain health. Start church health ministries to fight back against cancer, illness and disease !!!
