Peanut Butter Milkshake
1 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Protein Powder
– Blend all the above ingredients well and the shake is ready.
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Milk
– Cook the oats in the milk for 3 minutes and later garnish it with dry fruits.
1 Leg Chicken
Ginger Garlic Paste
– Marinate the chicken in lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
– Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken well.
– Garnish it with the salad dressing.
