The way to lose weight is not to starve the body or over training. The purpose of fat in our body is to protect starvation of sugar. So in order to lose belly fat, we need to get rid of sugars from our diet.

Dr. Berg discusses why you really can’t lose weight. The body does not like to lose anything. Losing weight is against it’s purpose to survive. However, if you get it healthy and do things to increase survival it can drop the fat. Muscle healing, endurance, strength must all come back before the fat will be properly burned. Stubborn weight can be release if the body gets healthy.
