Running for beginners – Top Nutrition and hydration tips by experts

Learn the importance of nutrition and hydration in this video with our professional running coach. Nutrition and hydration are important as they keep you more athletic and fit. Also, while running it is essential that you be fit in order to avoid injuries. In addition, it is necessary that you eat the right kind foods packed with carbohydrates, proteins and minerals.

Daily nutrition and hydration
Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. A balanced diet of 20 percent fats, 60 percent complex carbohydrates and 20 percent protein is a must. These running nutrition tips will keep you from feeling weak while running.

Make sure you consume 2-3 litres water every day and this will act as fuel for running.

Nutrition and Hydration while running.
Running on an empty stomach may cause you to run out of energy. Therefore, it is important to hydrate before running and you may suffer from dehydration while running.

However, eating immediately before running may lead to cramping of side stitches.

So eat something about one to two hours before you start running. Eating salts or electrolytes while running can help you perform better.

Drinking excessively will severely impact your performance.

In this video I will be going over nutrition tips for building muscle. I get questions all the time asking, “How can I put on more muscle?” The key is to consume more liquid calories. I also recommend consuming fats, carbs, and protein.
– For protein, you need to take your body weight and consume it in grams of quality protein each day.
– For fat, you need to consume omega 9 fatty acid, shorter chain fatty acid, and omega 3 fatty acid.
– For carbohydrates, consume some good gluten-free foods like yams, sweet potatoes, or quinoa.

If you can follow these tips, you will put on muscle faster than you ever thought possible.
