Make sure you consume 2-3 litres water every day and this will act as fuel for running.

Running on an empty stomach may cause you to run out of energy. Therefore, it is important to hydrate before running and you may suffer from dehydration while running.
However, eating immediately before running may lead to cramping of side stitches.
So eat something about one to two hours before you start running. Eating salts or electrolytes while running can help you perform better.
Drinking excessively will severely impact your performance.
