Workout Routine 2016! How to Be Fit and Healthy! Michelle Reed

//Hey friends! Here is my updated workout routine for 2016. I don’t workout to be thin/skinny, but to feel healthy and good in my body! I encourage you all to do the same. These are my go to ab, leg, & arm exercises along with my cardio routine. I workout 5-6 days a week at a gym, so although I’m filming outside in this, I do prefer a gym (I love my ac!! Texas is hot!!) I also keep my diet relatively clean- lots of fruits, veggies, and healthy protein. Let me know if this helped you guys out at all, love you all!
