    These foods are not dangerous, diabetics just need to be able to carb count for exactly what you are eating. White bread is actually rubbish for everyone not just diabetics. You can eat all these things. If you didn't your probably trying some silly diet that will play havoc with your control. Good food, exercise and you'll be fine.
