  2. I have been worried of not having enough time for exercise, but I feel better now after reading this [Go here===https://plus.google.com/102443457991099589207/posts/4xio2WyZm3Z  ]. I have the type 2 diabetes and I know that exercise is important in the war against sugar. I do not have much of the symptoms except light headedness. My weight is normal, and I walk about 2000 steps everyday to the very convenient bus station. I have always felt the exercise is not enough, but I'm glad I stumbled into this stuff.

  6. I'm not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out preventing diabetes try Panlarko Amazing Diabetes Planner (just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my buddy got excellent success with it.

  7. My cooworker laughed when I told them I was going to become slimmer with just using Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after I showed these people awesome results after I used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won't let them know the detail about this diet plan, haha

  8. I feel worried about constantly checking blood levels as a former diabetes patient imagined I would definitely die with diabetes
