    -Workout regularly
    -eat protein
    will this help lose weight and gain muscle??for fat person like me.
    or should i start to take complex carbs?

  2. I doubt that making photos of the food will do good to dieters. I have
    noticed that dieters’ mind is always focused on food:
    what-can-I-eat-to-lose-weight kind of thinking.
    Taking photos may only exacerbate their cravings.

    this week got it from amazon UK and I’m really enjoying it and have started
    to follow it not completely as it’s early days but slowly.
