  1. Low fat paneer is a good source of protein and it has no carbs because carbs are in liquid which is left also known as whey because milk carbs come from lactose also known as sugars present in milk which is extracted during paneer making process.
    So if u wanna have paneer take low fat milk (i use verka 0.5%) make paneer and consume. It had only 5gms of fat if made from 1ltr milk and around 28-30gm protein.

  2. Sir, have seen another video in which it was suggested that if we make paneer at home using double toned milk, it may become almost lean source of protein with almost 17-18 gms of protein and negligible amount of fat and carbs. Can it be done ?
