  1. Just 2 rotis a meal… seriously..?? I mean do you know what are you talking?? Carbs make us fat..!! Humans either use carbohydrates as energy, or exert it as heat or store it as glycogen in liver there is less to no chance of getting it converted into fat.

  2. Roti is made up of flour made up of wheat(carbs as you said), while whey protein is made from wheat as well. So you are saying that same products of wheat has different macro-nutrients?
