  1. Sounds a bit simplistic to me.It depends on how much animal protein is in your diet overall.If you consume a large amount of vegetables and fruit,and that is central to you diet,then having eggs a couple of times a week shouldn't be a problem

    I'm 75 , Iv eaten 4'- 24 , eggs aday , my health is remarkable ,I'm not shriveled up weak , with wrinkled skin ,
    Facts are from death data , overall vegans live short life span , very very few live over a hundred , that is just facts

  5. Question: There is an “egg industry” and a “dairy industry” and “meat industry” that spends millions of not billions of dollars to convince us we need to eat those foods. Why isn’t there a “vegetable industry”?

  6. I wish I knew if I could take the science behind this seriously AT ALL, since it's essentially vegan propaganda dressed up in science.

  7. For me, the final animal product that was preventing me from being 100% on a Vegan diet – was Eggs. The factor that just made me realize I can stop, was IT'S A FEMALE BIRDs PERIOD liquid… I mean let that sink in. Plus, eggs by itself never tasted good to me. For it to taste good, I had to add Paprika, or black pepper, mix with Black beans, add garlic etc.. Even as a carnist… I was adding plant based seasonings to make it taste good. I still make a custom scramble almost every morning, I use black beans, fresh jalapenos, and potatoes with Wheat Toast. I don't miss the eggs at all and now I'm on a 100% Vegan diet. YAY!

  9. I still feel absolutely great after eating eggs, so please support evidence to deny. Free range chickens that are organic fed seems to work for me.
