  6. Started to watch this guy on February and I can say that he changed my life, no bullshit. I went down almost 2Kg fat and replaced it with lean mass, so while overall I don't look "that" different I can definitely see the changes.

    As Lex said, I get back to training regularly, monitored my macro and be sure they were on point and whenever something was off, I just fix it in the days after without going mad ("Noooo bruuuh! I missed 6g of protein today I will just lose everything I did in the last 2 weeks!! T.T").

    I'm on my 10th week right now, I feel great and I've just basically started to scratch the surface. Listen this dude carefully, because he's a fucking gift.

    To those who kept spamming the "juice" comments: nobody cares. Is he on juice? I don't give a triple flying fuck.
    I listen to advices he gives and they just fucking work. Don't you trust him? Open a fucking browser tab and have a look. It's science and it's so fucking simple.
    So instead of shit-talking people just focus on yourself and actually listen to what Lex says.

  7. Hey Lex. I love your videos, you are always very helpful and informative. I was just curious, your diet always seems very low fat (both in a gaining and leaning out phase), have you ever tried a higher fat diet? Is there a reason why you keep your fats so low and eat a lot of low-fat foods? During both my contest preps I followed more of a moderate carb, higher fat diet, they seemed to work, just wanted to hear your thoughts on the topic. Thanks.

  8. I have to say I am loving the path the channel is taking. I got my start into fitness through martial arts and this new angle to your videos has real inspired me to get back to my roots. I didn't do any real competitive fighting, but I have been studying traditional Chinese martial arts for about 17 years. in the last couple of years I have been falling off. I have been focusing on only bodybuilding. Your recent videos have made me realize how important the martial arts were to my over all fitness. thank you Lex
