  4. eres mi ídola es muy difícil para una mujer cargar pesos de resistencia y crecer esas piernas es un gran dolor placer ella es de piernas delgadas y las hizo crecer no es nada fácil cargar ese peso con. su genetica lo bueno es que tiene cintura pequeña yo no cargo lo que ella hace por que se requiere de años y de u. excelente entrenador en una libre apenas cargo 70 kilos y tengo piernas delgadas genética y estoy haciéndolas crecer y en una prensa horizontal 5discis de20k de cada lado. y en una prensa inclinada la normal 8disciso de 20de cada lado haaaaaaa que difícil.
