  1. Hey! Thanks so much for sharing your struggles post competing. I can relate in so many ways and it's totally Tabu on the internet. After two years without my cycle post competing in 3 shows back to back, I finally got my period back in March. However, the only way to do that was to gain weight. Now I've been maintaining, but still dealing with irregular periods making it so difficult to get pregnant. It's scary that shows, which promote healthy practices initially, become so damaging on the body. I plan to share what I went through after hopefully a healthy pregnancy, now I'm just praying that's in God's plan. I appreciate your real/rawness because honestly, sometimes I feel alone when it comes to post show complications/battles. I'm happy you are finding your balance!! Promoting a healthy lifestyle is much more rewarding then a show!

  2. Marie we(youtube) love watching everything you put out. Please keep doing you 🙂  i hope you find the answers so you can make your body happy again xxx love you

  3. I completely understand how you feel, even though I wasn’t a competitor. I use to be a personal training. I started getting all those symptoms but ignored it. Over a year I gained about 40kgs and kept all those symptoms. Turns out I have PCOS (not saying that’s what you have at all. I’m no dr. Just sharing my story). I understand how it feels to go from being super fit and being in the fitness industry and then gain weight. People always look and make assumptions instead of asking or even knowing what’s happened.
That alone takes a toll on you mentally. So look after yourself lovely ❤️
Everything gets better eventually, and these things make you stronger.

  4. Girl do what is best for you! But honestly you have frickin Amazing body?? you are body goals so taking a break from dieting is not gonna hurt you. And I hope you don't get offended by this but your personlity get through so much more on instagram it seems. Would love to see that on this channel❤️?

  5. I relate to this so much. I'm still getting my adrenal and hormonal health on track and it is so.difficult. It's comforting that I can relate to you and I have been watching Emily as well. We'll get there <3

  6. Would you consider doing the whole30? Its a really good way to reset your body and think about your relationship with food. Would be nice to see someone in fitness try it.

  7. I much prefer watching fitness vloggers like you who actually do fitness to be healthy, who fuel their bodies properly and do fitness for the sake of being fit and healthy not for being ridiculously lean (unhealthy) and focusing so much on aesthetics.

You are a lot more motivating and realistic. ?

  8. Thanks so much for this video and for being vulnerable with us. It's not easy to admit your insecurities and your thoughts of "unworthiness." I've struggled for a long time to lose weight and would best myself over it. Now I'm trying to just maintain fitness and weight training, but maintaining moderation with food and life in general. I'm proud of what I can do in the gym, but sometimes it's still a mental battle.

I also admire that u said you don't like LA and are looking to move out of the area. LA is known for fitness, fame and the glam life, but you don't want to live there just because of that. Do what's best for u and what makes u feel best. Thanks for keeping it real ?

  9. You still look amazing at any size Marie! Health is number 1. I've been there before too. Deficit for 4 years and took 4 years to recover.. patience is a virtue. Thank you for sharing ❤️

  10. If the right mentality and motivation just isn't there anymore than I'd always recommend taking time off for anyone, there are so many other things out there that I'm sure will interest you, I along with your fans will surely love you in whatever path you decide to go from here. Stay strong and keep being an inspiration

  11. Took me about 2.5-3 years to get my hormones back under control after 5 years of competing. It takes time. You just have to actively be graceful to your body and feed it the nutrients it needs. Keep your head up Marie ❤️
