  3. So what if you have a allergy to seafood? I'm so tired of every cooking demonstration including salmon and other seafoods. Couldn't these dietitians broaden the spectrum a little and consider that some people cannot eat fish? Ughhhh.

  4. Good info but a bit outdated. There is no need to count carbs if you abolish animal foods and dairy. I had blood sugar at 391 and now it's under 100 without insulin or drugs. Whole Foods Plant Based lifestyle is the definite solution. No carb counting, no calories counting.

  5. Prednisone was used to cure my pneumonia, however, the medication also triggered the increase of my glucose levels which resulted in diabetes. My A1C increased to 10.1 during those times. I read “fizo amazing plan” (Google it) – which is uncomplicated and easy to grasp. I have gone through a retesting 2 months later and the result implies that my A1C had decreased to 6.8 (just .3 above normal).

  6. AAAAAAAAAA VINIGER TRASH FOOD !!!!!!!!!I HAVE TOUGH MY SELF TO COOK GOOD FOOD THAT IS LOW IN CARBS I HAVE LOST 30 LB IN ABOUT 60 DAYS DROPED MY A1C IN 120 DAYS FROM 9.2 TO 6.3 !! THE SECRET IS LEARNING HOW TO COOK FOOD FOR A DIABETE AND TASTE GOOD !

  7. My friend suggested this “fizo amazing plan” (Google it) for my weight and diabetes. I had been sticking to a demanding working out frequently. After one day on the diet regime my blood sugar levels was reduced about 35 points, and by day 4 it was reduced about 60 points. The effort was worthwhile and I felt great about my development. I`m delighted that my blood sugar is so much better already.

  8. I hope this does work I have been doing so well for while then out nowhere my blood levels have been out of control

  9. Carb counting is most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!!! It doesn't work and very confusing!!! Not sure why Legumes are bad? They are the best thing to have if you are a diabetic—specially type 2 and any sort of cardiovascular issues. Add leafy vegetables, whole grain, whole fruit, nuts in your diet and give up obvious things like-candies, pop, cookies, sweet deserts, anything processed and made of white flour.

  10. I've also read a lot of good things about the Mediterranean diet. it's not only good for diabetes, it's also good for overall health. I think the fewer carbohydrates we have in our diet the better.
