  1. Ok so i watched this on the 19th (the day you posted it) and it is now 30th and I swear my life has changed a bit for the better. I stopped hanging out with negative people and I feel happier and I'm making new friends and talking to people that I never thought I would talk to. I will admit it was a huge risk and I was so scared that by taking all the negative people I would end up being alone but I'm so happy that I made that move because now I am living my best life with new people that are positive and always keep me motivated. Thank you for that advice and I started with little habits that I now do everyday and I feel a difference. ♡♡ keep making these videos please I love you and I'm so glad there are people like you in the world that can help others

Watching my fav fit girls on youtube gets me back on track!!!!! we associate working out or being healthy with pain.. but ill watch a video of you guys and you are happy and beautiful and healthy and im like ohhh yea… its so wonderful to feel that way! i want to feel and look beautiful and be happy so im going to the gym LOL
