  1. Great Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you thought about – Millawdon Dessert Allowed Trick (Sure I saw it on Google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate after many years got cool success with it.

  2. Have you had any issues with your period since you went vegan or lowered your fat intake? I haven't had a period since I went vegan about 6 months ago and I have never missed a period before this.
