  5. I really enjoyed your video! SOOO proud of you and I don't even know you…lol. I don't have a whole lot of weight to lose, but the 20 pounds I want to lose is getting on my last nerve and I have a 2-time C-section tummy to go with it. My weight has been going up and down, I'm 37 and I want to get into shape and in my best body ever before 40. My motivation sucks though…I'll start an exercise regime and then fall off. YOU are my motivation and inspiration.

  8. This is amazing & very inspirational! It makes a world of difference that you're so down to earth & seem like just an ordinary girl. Not some fitness guru, but just someone who seems to have taught them self just by having their own determination, will to research, & hard work. Trainers & diet plans freak me out & are way too intimidating to me. This is coming from someone who's been big my ENTIRE life, since I was in elementary school, but your story makes it all seem so achievable. I truly plan to do it this year. Thanks a lot!
