  1. Where can I get a good video that fully describes IF. I can easily go 16-20hrs a day without eating. What should I eat in the 6-8 hrs etc. (Tried other diets with no success)

  2. iv been intermittent fasting for two months combined with going to the gym and although i have lost a few kgs its not a huge amount, and for the past three weeks the scales have stayed pretty much the same 🙁

  4. im doing both at the same time(before watching this video).. is that okay? im doing 16-8 fasting while trying to not go above 1000 calories…
    i dont eat carbs and foods with sugar. no cravings

  5. We (me and friends) were eating too many calories in eight hours like we did in twelve hours. So even with just an eight hour window for intermittent fasting. We consumed the same calories and lost no weght. So caloric restriction seems necessary for weight loss in all situations. We noticed no difference, then, between intermittent fasting and caloric restriction diets from a calories – in – calories out standpoint..

  6. I did both intermittent fasting and a caloric deficit, and couldn't lose much weight consistently. Now, I switched to a ketogenic diet. We will see if I can lose 7 kg.

  7. So intermittent fasting for 24 hrs with a healthy high on good fat and protein meal and doing some excercice while fasted will help me lose weight?

  8. Hi doctor. Im up to a single meal fasting (24 hours fasting) novadays. During this is it ok to go on with an identical meal everyday for a long time (e.g: yogurt+chicken breast+salad with olive oil). Would this monotony have a negative impact to the metabolism in long term (body getting used to the same thing and not responding to the deficit, metabolism giving strange reactions in case you eat something different after a while etc…)? Regards..
