  1. It was really comforting to get sound diet advice from someone who literally went to school for it! And I really enjoyed the fact that your video lacked the snobbery that I am finding in SO many vegan/vegetarian channels which I find quite off putting.

  2. Im ADAMANT about becoming vegatarian. But my grandparents (legal guardians) told me "i wouldnt have the right nutrition" But still i am so determined to do so. But i guess they are looking after me

  3. Congrats! on your degree and congrats! on the success of ur channel. Beautiful healthy looking young ladies, Wonderful tips, thank you, God bless

  4. I became vegetarian because I realised how cruel it is to kill animals and I'm a animal lover so it was really sad when i finally realised how bad it is

  5. Thank you for the video. I'm a breast cancer survivor like 3 weeks ago. I had my last chemo. Now I found out I have a fatty liver. So my body has had enough.

  6. If I may be so bold, yer too beautiful for purple lipstick… Why do I say that? If you can wear something that detracts from rather than adds to your natural beauty and are STILL BEAUTIFUL?

  7. Thanks ladies!! I almost turned it off but I'm glad I didn't because you two were describing me!! I am a vegetarian and tend to skip meals because there is nothing to eat and I rarely crave anything. I don't care for soy anything though so it's more challenging.
