  1. ahahahah that bro is just pahaha ridicoulous.First of all fructose such as(bananas and strawberrys) should be consumed no more than 15 minutes before workout so you burn them while they're in your blood.Otherwise will be stored as fat from your liver.Second every human being who is not competing in bodybuilding should consume at least 100grams of fats!!!Don't let people think bodybuilding diets are healthy.Peanuts and almonds have the wrong fat such as polysaturated which increase SCGB levels that actually decrease testosterone.You dont need more than 1 gram of protein per pound,and that's proven from!!!

  2. But our body is capable of metabolizing 24 g of protein per meal…aren't the other 26 g of protein you are consuming in your 50g protein meal just turning straight into stored fat?
