  1. I've been using MyFitnessPal but I want to try this one! I mostly cut out dairy (I'll use neufchatal cheese on occasion) bc it didn't sit well anyway and works wonders for my skin.. and I've reduced my carbs and scrapped my junk food intake and increased all the veggies I eat
