  1. I think this is great but I also think when/after you've lost the required weight you should continue on a clean eating lifestyle by simple adding or changing up the meals but stick within your required calorie intake . You should be able to maintain instead of gaining it back.

Hi Vicky dear, tomorrow will be the end of my diet plan, anyway it's work thanks a lot , and now my problem is that when we were on the diet plan, we really had no energy at all, feeling very tired, sleeping a lot & lazy, so I would like to ask you dear, if you got any better diet plan for me (51yrs), husband (55yrs), my daughter (21yrs), my son (18 yrs) . Before using this diet plan, my husband & children were heavy meat eaters. So now, they want me to prepare the diet plan with meat.   11. HI Vicky, Today is my 5th day. I have not lost much (900 gram to 1 kg).This was after 1 day and after that it has not done anything. On my 2nd day i had only two eggs for lunch instead of three but other then that i am following it as per your instructions. I only need to lose 4 to 5 kg.I am 56 kg and want to go down to 52 kg. Is it not working because i am not obese and in my ideal weight range? I have alot of fat around my waist and tummy which i want to get rid of. However i noticed that my waistline is looking slimmer but on the scale not much difference. Is it possible i have turned that fat into mucsle even without excercing hard. (or maybe it in my head and not looking slim). My schedule is breakfast 8:30 Lunch 1:30 Evening Meal:4:30 Dinner 6:30 or 7 and green tea before bed at 8:30 (roughly an hr before i go to bed).   14. I lost 1 kg since I began in the club for exercise and have a program for eating .. As boiled egg in breakfast and salad at lunch and salad or fruites in dinner but I lost 1kg since 1 week I feel disappointment .. Wat should I do guys ?
