    Yes I agree, diet and exercise are key but there are a few other elements that help you achieve your goals way faster.
    1. Get adequate sleep every night, your body burns fat while you rest and your body needs time to recover.
    2. Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar in morning and at night before bed
    3. Intermittened fasting
    4. I like to use this program in May right before summer time so I have a nice beach body for the rest of the summer. If you do all 3 things you will be successful in all of your endeavors
