  1. Hey! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan (just google search it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

  2. oh wow, that's discipline. i'd recommend you using an app like "simple workout log" and keep it synchronized with it's own cloud database. You may find it more accessible :)

  5. I don't know what it is about girls but they seem to be so much better with organizing and making things look good. I just use a messy composition book, and it seems like us guys don't even pay attention to this cause this is the only related video i could find.

  7. Some great tips in here! I've used a LOT of different workout logs over the years, and my all time favorite, no lie, are the spiral bound graph paper journals I bought for $1.50 each at Daiso (Japanese style dollar store). I bought several of them in different colors. They're a perfect portable size, and the graph paper makes it a little easier for me to structure my notes. <3
