  1. This past month I have been trying to eat vegetarian (some days, Vegan), and it has been so difficult for me. I generally don’t eat grains because I feel tired and am prone to insulin resistance. Just a bowl of oatmeal with fruit is enough to make me feel very sleepy, while my usual previous breakfast of eggs with a green smoothie always pumped me up. Will this tired feeling go away? I am doing vegetarian now but want to work my way to vegan. I have slipped and had meat a couple of times (mostly socially), but haven’t really enjoyed it as much as I thought I would, which is good.

  2. Why are people giving this a thumbs down? They don’t wanna give up animal products to live a longer life? Lol

  3. As vegan you also can’t eat products with milk in it? I really want to be vegan ( i’m already vegetarian) but since i am only 14 it’s way harder: i don’t buy the products, i don’t cook,… and i lose motivation cause there are sooooo many products with dairy in it wich i want to cut out, it’s just so hard right now

  4. I'm a vegan 12 year old and I have never had milk so that explains why I look like I'm five but I went vegan recently and have not been sick in a year!

  5. I am still turning vegan. I already gave up milk and most of the cheese. It is hard for me but I am trying my best ^^'. Als help, I am addicted to chickpeas and broccoli now (@_@).

  6. Finally a video with information pertaining to actual health benefits, not just someone screaming at me about my ethics. This is how you get people to listen.

  7. Vegans are non friendlys.. trying to take over the world. Everyone has an agenda these days…let people live the way they choose, vegan or non vegan. The choice is up to you…don't let anyone bully you into doing something that you don't want to do!!
