  2. Why are you writing you lost weight without exercisig? U obviusly do exercise, and thats good, bcs with it your body would not get to this shape! With diet only it doesnt work like this

  3. come on!! title says "how to lose weight without exercising" and during the whole video she talks about exercising!!80 I mean, of course I know that your body doesn't get toned like that without exercising, but, come on!! the title was rather misleading to me… and it feels so strange that no one states that on the comment section

  5. Yeah you're naturally skinny with a high and fast metabolism so "your tricks" probably work for you but not for the Endomorph bodytype. Dont fall for the before-after Bodytransformation photos guys, search on Youtube and you will find videos on how to "cheat" on them.
