  2. Hi Cindy!! My name is Carrie. I am on a weightloss journey too. I'm 5'8 and in July I weighed the most I've ever weighed which was 322!! I was so depressed and on July 27th I didn't want to live anymore. I layed in bed all day and cried. Then something just clicked that evening and I decided to quit being depressed and do something about my weight so I started making healthier choices and adding some exercise to the mix. From July 27th to October 10th I lost 15 lbs. October 5th I stopped drinking Pepsi and October 10th is when my husband and I started on the Ketogenic Diet/Lifestyle. Since then I have lost another 24 lbs bringing the total up to 39 lbs and my husband has lost 28. I'd really love to have my own channel but I wouldn't have a clue how to do an intro or anything.   3. I really love your motivation! I’m 5’3 and I’m in the 200’s as well! I think doing this weight loss journey on camera gives a since of accountability! I should consider doing that too but i just can’t get pass being so self conscious and embarrassment in order to do so! Good luck to you and I’m gonna be watching to help myself as well!

  4. Cindy, have you tried a Ketogenic Diet yet? It's the latest rage. Even naturally thin people recommend it for keeping fat off and building lean muscle mass. The more muscle you have the more your body will burn fat efficiently and lean muscle mass also helps keep you strong with bone growth from weight lifting.

  7. Starting my weight loss journey tommorow! I'm currently 180 pounds, and It sucks I let myself go so much. I'm scared about starting the journey and failing but I can't keep making excuses anymore

  8. I see this is a year or more old. But I am glad I found this! I am a military wife and after my kids and husbands deployments/ health issues I am in the same boat girl!! I applaud you for being so brave and doing this. Down to earth and REAL! I look forward to seeing all your videos as I start my journey and lifestyle change as well!!
