  1. Guys, fed up with trying number of weight loss tricks.I have the solution for your needs, type in Google as: "Hack2LossWeight" to obtain the entire hacks about weight loss.

  2. Dr. Berg, have you heard about Dr. Gerson therapy for cancer? My friend is following it faithfully but when I heard of the system how it goes, it sounded too extreme and I kind of afraid that the procedure is too strong for the body. What do you think about the therapy?

  3. awesome i have been eating carbs like somuch whole south india eats it now i know the truth may god bless you i wish you a great life and i am sure i will contribute something to your website

  4. LOL! I watch you everyday to stay motivated and get my "fix", thanks for the time and effort you put into these educational talks, it helps us all tremendously. We have been taught the wrong eating for too long.

  5. I wanted to do keto hoping for "healthier lifestyle" but of all the diet/styles this is the toughest one to transition into and the one that is def not for everybody. For example moi; I'm literally a couple of pounds from being underweight and I noticed right away I'd have like a 3 egg-spinach omelette with avocado and I would not be hungry (or even thirsty!) at all for quite a big part of the day, so I got skinnier in a hurry when I actually needed to put on some weight, so I almost wish I were 300 lbs because then it would be "helpful". Also..The carbs allowed are supposed to come from only vegetables and they're nutritious and great but tell it to people with IBS who cannot deal with that kind of fiber. I had to re-learn to cook and all that, but if any of you can do it, more power to you and honestly for the time I did it, i did get benefits because I seem a lot less interested in sugar and sweets, but if the mood strikes I can now make a "keto cake"…lol!

  6. I don't trust this guy, why is every "natural" medicine person fucking CHIROPRACTORS? This guy have never studies medcine, he knows bones. lol.

  7. I tried the vegan diet then my stomach stretched and bloated and was really sick so now I am now trying the low carb diet and see how it goes

  8. I started losing weight about three weeks ago following much of Dr. Berg's advice and often feel stuffed after eating despite consuming less than 1500 calories daily. Before I could not pass a McDonald's without craving double quarter meal and now don't even want it. Once you start eating healthy whole food in the right amounts you don't want tor return to the way you eat before.

  9. I believe in green whole plant foods with little starch….but I am also vegan cause I don't eat eggs, meat or dairy…due to saturated fat…I do eat beans, legumes, nuts and seeds…but no breads, spaghettis, rice etc

  10. Dr. Berg, My husband wants to know about a low-carb diet for a type 1 diabetic. I have been trying to get us healthier, but he is convinced he has to have a lot of carbs to think straight.
