  1. Love your channel this diet does work but it's extremely hard to stick to. I'm starting a program where I do pure protein for 5 days then one day of a normal diet for a diet of 2400 calories for a day doing that for 12 weeks uping my cardio 30 mins every 4 weeks starting off with 1hr of cardio

  2. Awesome channel! I just have a question, I checked your other videos and didn't see any veggies at all, so the fiber supplement is the only source your using for your fiber intake?

  3. Great video as always! You mentioned fiber supplements. I saw a video of yours a while back and you were taking Metamucil. Is that still what you take or have you switched to something else?

  5. Please don't stop this vlog. Because you are in your 40's, I tend to put more weight in what you say. I hope you focus more on your age group since there are not much out there for us.
