  1. Wouldnt be able to lift myself to the gym on that, 30 gms oats?? 125gms oats,10 egg whites, 1 tea spoon peanut butter, 1 banana, some water to make it more liquidy. 30 grams oats and leaves..i dont even. Whatever works though right?

  2. Dont buy anything! Its just helps him getting closer to a roid suicide. BTW i dont think he looks that great. No forearm development, makes the arms look weird. Shoulders looks oversized. Growing muscles to fast often screws the proportions. Train clean and eat proper good food. Dont belive in short cuts and magic diets.

  4. I finally got around to writing down the ingredients for that shake and making it and this shit is disgusting. I’m going to try to modify it this week to make it palatable.
