Honestly, this is the BEST video I have ever watched in terms of meal prepping ideas and process. All the other ones use wtf products and make so little. This video demonstrates the need for variety and a lot of it to actually survive the week without having to eat the same thing everyday. I love how there is no bread involved as well. This is the first video of yours I’ve watched and I love it! New subscriber ☺️ p.s. I look forward to making the hummus spread!

I struggle to meal prep because I'd be tempted to eat everything before I can store them away 😭

  7. Emu Saurus says:

I DO get a little bored eating the same meal 5 days in a row.
I spend about 8 hours in the kitchen once every six weeks making 6 different meals then freezing them. That’s for 2 of us.

This is so helpful. That is one of the biggest reasons I find i end up not sticking to it. Ingwt tired of eating the same thing every day.

I like the idea of storing individual ingredients rather than whole meals to enable variety with what's on hand. Also, sweet potato slices as "toast" rather than bread, a must try! Good video, Nice work!
