  2. How do you heat the food up, might sound like a silly questions but would you put it in the microwave? And for how long etc?

  3. There is so much wrong with this video. First you touched the seasonings with your contaminated chicken fingers, you didn't measure the 2:1 ratio of water for the rice, then you used a metal spatula on a non stick pan, and then you cut the potatos on the foil leaving little pieces of aluminum in your food.
