  1. What they are not telling you is… YOU HAVE TO DO A LOT OF PT. Do this diet, run 4-7miles with a rifle and ruck.. plus all other "punishment" exercises. You are welcome for the truth.

  2. I cannot eat tuna (allergic). Would I be able to substitute the chicken or ham in a can? Also what can be put into the "tuna"/Chicken can meal if not mayonnaise? Can I use mustard or low calorie salad dressing (oil free)? Lastly, what about crystal light powder packets…can those be used in the water?

    Anyone prove if the weight loss is merely water loss or actual fat loss?

I started the Military Diet on Wednesday October 11, 2017 and end the diet on Friday October 13, 2017 I followed the whole three day plan and today is Saturday October 14, 2017 my weight when I started the diet on Wednesday was 233.3 lb and my final weight is 223.3 so I did lose the 10 lb the diet actually works if you follow it according to plan and eat what they tell you to eat and eat the right amount of portions that they tell you to it basically trained you to control your calorie intake once you come off the military diet it does not mean you have to starve yourself it's just now you know after coming off the military diet you know how to train yourself to portion out your food and your calorie intake

  5. This diet really works. I used this 25 years ago. I lost 40 pounds?. I m 55 now and recently got back on it after gaining weight from being sick. I've gain 60 pounds on prescription drugs that have affected my metabolism. Well, no more drugs for me! After doing my research going back to what works. Thank God that I stumbled upon this channel. I watched this video and my mouth dropped.

    Talk about an "Aha" moment … But, back then it wasn't called a military diet. It was called a "Boosting your metabolism" weight loss plan. I forgot about exactly what all I ate until seeing this. I was missing some key components. I couldn't remember the title of the book that I got it from.
    Thanks for creating this video. It has put all the pieces together. I couldn't remember exactly what all the diet consists of until I saw this. You know what they say when you get old! The memory is the first thing to go.
