  1. Here's one of my motivation tips: if you play a sport, watch someone the same age as you who is better than you at that sport. It will make you want to be that good. I play a sport and all the kids my age that are doing the league are way better than me, and that makes me want to make sure I'm in shape so I can prove myself.

  2. I am doing this thing called the SeeFood diet. I see food, and eat it. It's very addicting. I am one of those girls that is not fat, but not skinny. I am wanting to loose weight, but it isn't completely NECESSARY. I am just very self conscious

  4. i remember i did the jumping lunges wonce last year and i fell infront of my crush? and my bestfriend ran to me to help me up and so did my crush and he asked me if i was ok and we started laughing?
