  1. thank you for sharing with us your meals to inspire us, my favorite was your dinner. I love salmon too. For nuts I prefer almonds, they are the pleasures for the breakfast. I eat sweet potato or quinoa with my chicken, tilapia or tuna. Absolutely love fresh green pepper for the crunchiness and my favorite for the day is my after-workout protein shake with spinach,banana,chia seeds and flax seed. I am obsessed with fruits, they are must for me, they satisfy my sugar cravings 100%.
