  10. I remember going on crash diets when I was 12 or 11 .. and oh god I was retarded .I actually would starve myself for hours and eat SUPER SUPER SUPER small portions of food and just one meal. Now, I know how this is so stupid because I would lose 6 pounds in 2-3 days and keep on for a week and gain ALL BACK and even more´╗┐ pounds. Ask yourself, will u always be on a crash diet?Will u always eat one meal? no icecream ? no rice?no fries? eat healthy and excercise and small portions of fries,icecream!
